Recurly is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Operations Contract Administrator to support our company's rapid growth. This role is key in the sales process, acting as a liaison and expert between departments including accounting, finance, professional services, sales enablement, legal, and sales operations. The successful candidate will ensure all sales contracts are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Deal Structuring and Guidance: Provide expert advice to sales teams on pricing, product configuration, and non-standard deal terms. Deal Review and Approval: Review all non-standard deals for accuracy, completeness, and compliance; manage approval processes collaboratively. Contract Management: Oversee contract lifecycle from drafting to execution, ensuring data integrity and SLA compliance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, legal, finance, and accounting teams to resolve contract issues and facilitate deals. Salesforce CPQ Administration: Manage quotes and orders in Salesforce CPQ, ensuring policy compliance and workflow adherence. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process and system enhancements for efficiency and scalability. Policy Development: Create and maintain policies, procedures, and training related to contract management. Sales Training: Train Account Executives on opportunity creation, negotiation, and closing processes. Data Management: Maintain accurate account data in Salesforce. Relationship Building: Develop and sustain strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Qualifications 2-3 years' experience in deal desk, finance, contracts, sales operations, or revenue management. 2 years' experience in the Software/SaaS industry. Proficiency in CPQ tools, preferably Salesforce CPQ. Strong understanding of sales processes and business acumen. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Self-motivated with problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
