This role involves active participation in strategic financial management and financing structure optimization, aimed at maximizing growth and efficiency across business units. Responsibilities: Analyze and structure long-term financing plans. Prepare and manage revolving and standard budgets. Assist in buying and selling operations of new business units, including involvement in due diligence processes. Value ongoing operations and analyze cash flow and treasury projections. Build business valuation models based on cash generation capabilities. Develop treasury management models to identify liquidity surpluses and shortages. Support in securing financial and equity financing. Assist with the accounting management of business units, coordinating the needs of cost, finance, and accounting areas. Implement administrative processes for accurate financial data management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. Minimum experience of 2 years in a financial analysis or financial planning role. Advanced knowledge of financial valuation models and projection techniques. Strong analytical and planning skills. Ability to work in a team and collaborate across various departments. Proficiency with financial analysis tools and treasury management systems.
