Job Description We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with over 10 years of IT experience, including at least 8 years of Fusion experience and additional years in Finance/ERP domains such as Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, or JD Edwards. The candidate should have a solid understanding of Oracle Cloud Financials version 23+ capabilities. We prefer someone with real-time hands-on functional or product experience, L3 support experience, or equivalent knowledge. Bilingual Requirement: Spanish and English. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service support, diagnose, replicate, and resolve complex functional issues. Support and implement Oracle Cloud Financial Applications, including business requirements gathering, gap analysis, workshops, design documentation, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support. Work with technical teams on CEMI/RICE objects and manage incidents, troubleshooting, and resolution of critical cases. Engage directly with customers on complex use cases, resolving mission-critical issues, and serving as Situation Manager for sensitive issues. Mentor team members and create/review knowledge articles. Required Skills Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle Finance/ERP Cloud implementation and support. Participation in at least 5 Oracle Finance Cloud projects, including 3 full implementations as a lead or SME in at least 3 modules. Hands-on experience with Cloud Financial Modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, PA, CST, FAH, IBY. Strong understanding of financial business processes and ability to relate product functionality to business scenarios. Technical skills in SQL, OTBI/BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows. Excellent problem-solving, customer interaction, and service orientation skills. Ability to work with cloud and on-premises customers, providing implementation advice and resolving complex issues.
