Your responsibilities will span business operations, lifestyle management, and executive coordination, bringing structure, driving execution, and protecting your principal's time and priorities. In this role, you will empower exceptional leaders through world-class delegation, placing Chiefs of Staff who drive strategic outcomes and ensure seamless integration across every facet of the Principal's life. By combining business and lifestyle management with trusted execution, you enable the Principal to focus fully on what matters most. What is a Family Office? A Family Office is a privately held organization that manages the personal and professional affairs of a high-net-worth individual or family. This can include investment management, estate planning, philanthropy, lifestyle and travel coordination, household operations, and other matters that support the Principal's long-term goals and legacy. Family Offices are often highly personalized and operate with a strong emphasis on trust, discretion, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prioritize tasks and manage the Principal's schedule to maximize their time across business, personal, and philanthropic commitments. 2. Oversee day-to-day operations across business ventures, Family Office entities, and household matters, solving issues proactively and confidentially. 3. Manage or oversee personal matters, including travel planning, property management, household staff, events, gifting, and special projects. 4. Serve as liaison with internal staff, external vendors, family members, and business partners, ensuring follow-through and maintaining trusted relationships. 5. Develop and execute high-priority projects, including early-stage ideas that drive future growth. 6. Toggle between high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution to achieve results. Qualifications and Requirements - Bachelor's degree with 5-15+ years of experience in an operational, executive support, or Chief of Staff capacity. - Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills. - High emotional intelligence and professional maturity. - Experience working with high-net-worth individuals or within a Family Office, private investment firm, or similar environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Advanced degree (MA, MS or MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred. - Experience managing household staff, personal logistics, or private office affairs. - Experience in luxury hospitality or estate management, with a strong service orientation and attention to detail. Location and Time Zones All roles are remote, and ability to work North American hours year-round is required.
