They are looking for a Business Development Associate to join their team in Bogotá. The Role: As a Business Development Associate , you will play a crucial role in expanding the company’s marketplace by engaging with new partners (TourHeroes) and helping them launch their trips on the platform. Lead Presentations: Conduct engaging video presentations to introduce new partners to the platform and encourage them to create and launch their trips. Build & Manage Relationships: Actively reach out to potential partners, build meaningful relationships, and ensure they have the support they need to succeed. Track Communication: Use tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and SmartLead to manage relationships and ensure smooth follow-ups. Support Growth Strategies: Work with the Business Development and Outreach teams to scale outreach efforts and improve conversion rates. Collaborate Internally: Work with Operations, Marketing, and Leadership teams to optimize processes and improve results. What We’re Looking For: Experience: 1-3 years of experience in any industry (business development, sales, or customer success experience is a plus). Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and persuade others effectively. Self-Motivated: Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments. Fluent in English: Strong verbal and written English skills are essential for communicating with global partners. Passion for Travel: A genuine love for travel and helping others create meaningful travel experiences.
