What You’ll Be Doing: Engage warm leads through calls, emails, and texts to book appointments for the sales team. Maintain and update client interactions in Lasso CRM . Collaborate with sales to understand client pain points and tailor your approach. Track lead engagement and report on appointment success rates. Support in setting up automated sales workflows and improving CRM processes. What You Bring: 2+ years in lead generation, sales support, or appointment setting . Fluent English (written and spoken). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable using CRM tools (experience with Lasso is a plus). Proactive, goal-oriented, and reliable in follow-ups. Have experience in real estate or with real estate developers . Are familiar with sales automation tools . Have worked remotely with international teams .
