Job Responsibilities - We reconcile supplier invoices in SAP against internal reservation records, addressing dispute resolution processes effectively. - Our team maintains a clean Accounts Payable ledger and prepares bi-monthly payment runs to suppliers efficiently. - Monthly closing tasks related to Accounts Payable are completed, controlling risks associated with un-invoiced bookings. - We contribute to process optimization and standardization for supplier invoice processing and reconciliation. - The accuracy of the AP sub-ledger is ensured through timely and precise transaction recording. - Internal controls and processes safeguard company assets, mainly cash assets, adhering to best practices. Qualifications and Skills - Exceptional organizational and analytical skills enable us to excel in our roles. - Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, are essential. - A good command of English facilitates effective communication. - Completed education as an accountant is beneficial but not mandatory. - A minimum of 2 years accounting experience, preferably in a service-oriented or international environment, is required.
