We make a difference The collaborator will be the champion in the development of organizational digital capabilities in Supply Chain Network Design and Process Mining within Latam Production and Supply function. He/she will also contribute to Data & Analytics developments. A key contributor in the development of the Supply Chain Network Design and Data & Analytics strategy. He/She will Drive initiatives that add value to the business by providing accurate and timely information, analysis and models to support decision-making and drive process improvements. Principal Requirements Supply Chain Design & Process Mining Maintain current built models, and implement new ones, with Advanced Analytics tools to provide insights that drive initiatives and projects to increase productivity, reduce costs, improve business performance: Supply chain network design tool - Supply Chain Guru / Coupa. Process mining tools - Celonis. Be the champion of Modeling and Optimization methodologies in the region and support regional team in the implementation of further optimization models. Develop and implement sustainable approaches and tools for both strategic as well as tactical trade-off decisions across the supply chain. Co-develop together with Analytics team predictive/prescriptive modelling capacities. Data & Analytics Implement D&A; reports (Qlik, PowerBi) that provide timely and accurate information to support the decision-making process, such as Dashboards and ad-hoc analysis. Acquire, harmonize and cleanse data from back-end systems to be used in reports. Create, monitor, and maintain P&S; Data in support of company needs and business operations. Interface with IT and P&S; functional experts to consolidate and organize information required for creation and maintenance of functional data. Map out data needs and sources together with the business functional teams and Data Business Analyst. Others: Effectively communicate insights and proposed actions to the relevant teams and develop tools to support execution. Provide guidance and training to the community. Advise the different business functions on improving their analytical methodology/skills. Supply Chain acumen. Skills: Experience building models with Supply Chain design tools as Supply Chain Guru / Coupa and/or Process Mining tools as Celonis. Data & Analytics tools knowledge as Qlik and PowerBi. Programming languages is a plus. Analytical skills. Project Management and capable to effectively communicate to different types of audiences. Collaboration. Curiosity to learn. Open minded yet critical. Advanced English. Disciplined and organized to ensure deliverables. Critical experience: 3 years within Supply Chain (Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Planning, Projects). Experience with Supply Chain Network Design tools and/or Process Mining tools is a plus. Experience with Reporting tools is a plus.
