Senior Sourcing Specialist This role will be part of the Global Sourcing Operations organization in the procurement pillar. The Global Sourcing Operations organization provides best-in-class, cost-effective financial, compliance, procurement, and enablement solutions to our Operating Companies around the world. This position reports into the Sourcing Team leader and is based at Bogotá, Colombia. What You Will Do The Senior Sourcing Specialist has end-to-end responsibility for all sourcing activities (including contracting) associated with tactical and delegated spend in relevant Procurement Categories. He/She is responsible for procuring supplies and services within the scope of Kenvue’s business policies and procedures, at the best negotiated terms for price, quality, and delivery to support Kenvue’s business operations. The person is responsible for end-to-end Category support, delivering cost savings, buying and payment channel compliance, contract excellence, and supplier optimization. This includes business engagement, sourcing strategy development with all kinds of analysis (industries, suppliers, spend by categories, stakeholders, etc.), contracting, supplier and/or stakeholder management, and procurement enablement activities. Categories in scope could include Marketing, HR & Business Services, R&D, IT Services and Capital, Construction, and Facilities Services (CCFS). This role is responsible for driving contract excellence, from contract creation, choosing and populating appropriate templates, through negotiation where needed, managing all amendments, renewals, expirations or terminations required, and up to supplier signature. The Senior Sourcing Specialist will drive supplier negotiations on contract terms, managing redlines/contract draft versions using Kenvue’s contract lifecycle management (“CLM”) system, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and engaging the appropriate support as needed. Where escalation to the Kenvue Legal & Compliance team, or subject-matter experts (such as Privacy) is required, this role will put together and discuss recommendations for resolution. Key Responsibilities Spend, Supplier and Stakeholder Management: • Manage supplier communications, including sourcing event invitations, issue resolution, pricing and contract terms negotiations. • Assess change needs, impact, and stakeholder management activities and support change management integration activities & compliance improvement education. • Lead the assigned category locally to implement the regional and global strategy accordingly, in alignment with their Team lead. • Data driven spend analysis and tendencies within the assigned category to contribute to the regional and global strategy. • Identify project opportunities with stakeholders to create new or better agreements to satisfy business needs. • Support and handling of all supplier registration and modifications and keeping track of data management with the supplier. • Business partner follow up to ensure the goods and services received and support any complaints and warranties. • Effective presentation skills for key stakeholders to communicate insights and critical information. Buying and Sourcing: • With deep knowledge of the end-to-end Requisition to Pay process, manage the purchase order process, including reviewing the purchase requisition. • Manage the full end-to-end sourcing process and its tools within relevant Categories and delegated spend. • Drive supplier negotiations and ensure supplier performance in terms of service, quality, and delivery. • Contribute to achieve savings for Indirect Categories according to the internal guidelines. • Execute sourcing events (including e-sourcing, e-auction), evaluate results, communicate with suppliers as needed. • Receive, analyze, and resolve supplier inquiries, disputes, and payment discrepancies. • Cashflow improvement strategies aligned with the financial guidelines. What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications: • 4+ years of sourcing/category management experience, including contract drafting, review, and negotiation. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Desired Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree is required, in a Supply Chain, Finance, or Business-related course. • Desirable postgraduate degrees or any other additional qualification. • Experience in indirect procurement in the consumer goods industry. • Experience in working in multi-national companies with diverse culture is preferred. • For LATAM Portuguese is desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
