As a Sales Development Representative, you will generate qualified prospects as well as create strong and ongoing relationships with them to meet sales quotas. Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to: 1. Identify and research potential customers in target markets (e.g., manufacturing, retail, wholesale) with needs for LTL, truckload, or small package services. 2. Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for LTL, truckload, and small package services based on customer requirements. 3. Negotiate rates and terms with clients to close deals while maintaining profitability. 4. Document all quotes and negotiation details in Zoho CRM for transparency and reference. 5. Onboard new clients by coordinating the setup of their accounts in the company’s systems. 6. Provide initial training or guidance to customers on using brokerage services and processes. 7. Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and clients to address questions, resolve issues, and upsell additional services. Studies: High School Degree is required. Having a Bachelor's degree is not required but is a plus, desirable studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Finances, Logistics or any other career-related. Experience: Experience in Logistics is required. At least 2-3 years of experience in freight brokerage or transportation sales, cold calling, lead generation, logistics or related. Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms. Language: Advanced English skills. B2+, C1. Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. We work by the American calendar. Places: Remote Colombia. Salary: $4.500.000 + USD Commissions.
