Join our team as a Financial Systems Manager! We're seeking a Finance Systems Manager with Workday experience to lead the configuration, deployment, and technical support of our finance modules. You'll work closely with the Director of Technical Accounting, aligning business objectives with efficient technology solutions. What you will do: You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of Workday financial modules and other related systems. You will create reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and accounting balance matrices. You will execute configuration changes in key financial modules: suppliers, banking, procurement, and expenses. You will design complex business processes with calculated fields and conditional rules. You will continuously assess the environment to identify opportunities for process optimization. You will ensure compliance with best practices in data, security, and regulations. You will create and maintain documentation of procedures and program flows. You will provide training and support to staff using these systems. You will develop system status reports and provide regular updates to the Technical Accounting Manager. About you: Minimum 3 years of hands-on technical experience in Workday Financials. Minimum 3 years of experience in operational accounting and auditing of IT financial controls. Mastery of systems integration and data management within the financial and human resources (HCM) modules. Experience in system integrations with banks and financial reconciliation platforms. Solid knowledge of general accounting and process optimization. Advanced knowledge of accounting write-off entries and A/C calculations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with leadership levels. Desirable : Experience with Workato and Workday Accounting Center . Additional information: The estimated salary range for this position is between COP 9,500,000 and COP 11,550,000 per month .
