The role We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Technology & Infrastructure Project Manager in Help Desk operations at SoftwareOne, based in Medellín with a hybrid work model. This is a full-time position. Day-to-day responsibilities - Lead the implementation of contracted services. - Ensure the stability of operations and projects assigned. - Establish operational requirements. - Propose operational models to optimize processes. - Define metrics for operations and projects. - Ensure service operation processes are followed. - Generate reports for the organization and clients. - Develop practical plans with task analysis. - Identify areas for continuous improvement. - Present and support reports for the business unit and clients. - Maintain the financial health of projects. What we need from you Profile: Systems Engineering or related field with proven experience in infrastructure project management. Required skills: - Experience managing technological projects using PMI and ITIL methodologies. - Experience in client process management.
