The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales and presence, analyzing e-commerce data, optimizing product listings, and creating promotions. The role includes tasks such as collaborating with customer service to address inquiries, implementing e-commerce strategies, and monitoring competitive activity. The specialist will also oversee the maintenance and improvement of the e-commerce website for a seamless customer experience.
