Read more about the life in PayU here **About the Role**: - As a BI Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the business in the financial settlement team by automating processes and controls. You will develop and maintain reports/panels in Tableau. You will also drive BI and reporting best practices and a standard way of working within the organization. **What you will do**: - Development and maintenance of reports/dashboards in Tableau. - Strong cooperation with the team, providing new ideas and support during the project (testing, checking if the delivered product is in line with expectations). - Ensure the quality of the data and generate credibility in the information provided. - Provide training and self-service support for Tableau users. - Drive BI and reporting best practices and a standard way of working within the organization **What you´ll need to succeed**: - Student or professional computer science, mathematics or economics. - Understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial settlement processes. - Very good oral and written communication skills (spanish) - Basic English Level - Knowledge Tableau, Power BI - Knowledge in SQL. - Knowledge of Excel for financial analysis, data manipulation and reporting.
