Senior Sales Associate (Experienced Level) We are looking for a proactive and motivated Sales Associate to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will engage with clients across multiple brands and sales channels, including cold calling, inbound, B2B, and B2C interactions. You will also have the opportunity to support junior team members through informal mentoring. Key Responsibilities Handle full-cycle sales across different brands and product lines Conduct cold calls and manage inbound inquiries Engage in both B2B and B2C sales strategies Maintain up-to-date records in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding Occasionally support junior associates through peer mentorship Represent us in a professional, customer-first manner Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in a sales-related role Comfortable working in cold calling, inbound, B2B, and/or B2C environments Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot or similar platforms) English proficiency (B2+ or higher) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to support team members and contribute to a collaborative environment Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time hours Location: Colombia (Remote) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET, with occasional off-hours and weekend availability required Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
