Giga Brands is looking for a tech-savvy Automations Specialist to develop cutting-edge systems that streamline operations, optimize Seller Central processes, and create innovative workflows in Airtable using ChatGPT and AI integrations. Key Responsibilities: - Automations Development: Design and implement systems to automate workflows in Seller Central, including inventory management, reporting, and performance optimization. - Optimization: Use tools like Airtable, Zapier, Make (Integromat), Clay, n8n, and Click Up to enhance workflows and streamline operations. - AI Integration: Leverage ChatGPT and other AI tools to build interactive, fun, and impactful solutions for processes. - Custom System Building: Create dynamic and user-friendly Airtable systems for project tracking, reporting, and team collaboration. - API & Webhook Development: Develop and manage API connections and webhook integrations between Seller Central, Airtable, Click Up, and other tools to enable seamless data flow and real-time updates. - Collaborative Innovation: Partner with the marketing and operations teams to identify inefficiencies and develop creative automation solutions. - Data Insights: Build automated dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights to improve performance. - Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Ensure the reliability and scalability of automation systems by diagnosing and fixing issues promptly. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Experience in Automations: Strong experience in automating and managing processes, particularly on Amazon Seller Central. - Proficiency in Tools: - Airtable (advanced system design and integration capabilities). - Zapier, Make, Clay for process automation. - n8n for automation workflows. - Click Up for end-point automation integration. - AI tools like ChatGPT for creating engaging and intelligent workflows. - API & Webhook Development: Experience in building and managing API connections and webhook integrations for seamless data flow. - Strong Understanding of APIs: Expertise in API integrations for platforms like Amazon, Shopify, or other tools. - Creative Mindset: Ability to build innovative and enjoyable systems that boost team productivity. - Data Management: Solid grasp of database structures and data organization principles. - Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to solve problems and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. - Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting solutions.
