The ideal candidate is an organized team player with excellent attention to detail, experienced in managing multiple tasks. Responsibilities: Manage due diligence processes, analyzing results and risks. Develop KPIs for investment opportunities and performance evaluation. Analyze and value potential investments. Review transaction documents such as Term Sheets, SPA, and Stock Option Agreements. Support the Controlling & Strategy Director with ad hoc tasks. Requirements: 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in M&A roles. Experience in due diligence processes. Strong understanding of finance and investment principles. Degree in Economics, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Finance, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Advanced proficiency in English.
