About the Role The role involves overseeing pastry production, managing inventories and supplies, and ensuring proper mise en place for each outlet. It is essential to maintain the area’s cleanliness and quality standards in line with Four Seasons’ standards. Responsibilities Control operational supplies, minimize spoilage and waste. Coordinate daily stock of operational supplies and submit orders to the supervisor. Ensure ingredients are in optimal condition for consumption and service. Prepare the mise en place for the pastry area. Ensure mise en place is prepared in advance with the required quality for service. Maintain order and completeness of mise en place to support operations. Maintain consistency in food and beverage preparations according to Four Seasons standards. Requirements Technical culinary training or equivalent with 3 years experience as a cook. At least 2 years experience in baking. Desirable 1 year supervisory experience in pastry. Minimum 1 year supporting pastry and baking events. Knowledge in preparing medium-volume mixes.
