Job Description As a Predictive Dialer Specialist, you’ll manage and optimize dialer systems to drive outbound campaign performance. From configuring strategies to real-time monitoring and compliance, your expertise ensures that every call counts—delivering results through precision, analytics, and innovation. Job Overview Employment type: Indefinite term type contract Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST (some Saturdays may be required) Work setup: Work from home / Remote Your Daily Tasks - Manage and optimize the predictive dialing system to ensure efficient outbound call delivery and campaign execution - Support call center operations by ensuring agents connect effectively with customers through proper configuration and monitoring of dialing strategies, schedules, and compliance protocols - Operate and manage the predictive dialer system (e.g., LiveVox, Noble, Five9, Genesys) to support outbound campaigns - Monitor campaign performance in real time to ensure optimal contact and connection rates - Configure, adjust, and optimize dialing strategies based on campaign goals and call center KPIs - Troubleshoot and resolve dialer-related issues in coordination with IT and vendor support teams - Create and upload call lists and apply calling rules - Ensure compliance with Do Not Call (DNC) regulations - Collaborate with operations, QA, and training teams to ensure seamless campaign execution - Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly dialer performance reports - Maintain accurate records of campaign outcomes, list penetration, and agent productivity - Ensure adherence to TCPA, FCC, and other applicable telemarketing regulations - Recommend process improvements and new dialing strategies to enhance operational efficiency - Maintain dialer logs, backups, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes Requirements The Qualifications We Seek - High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred) - 1–5 years of experience in a call center environment (dialer experience required) - Familiarity with predictive dialer systems such as Noble, Five9, Genesys, or similar platforms - Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide data insights related to campaigns - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask across several programs and deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management - Experience or knowledge in Power BI is an advantage - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Knowledge of telemarketing compliance laws (e.g., TCPA, DNC) is an asset Benefits Exciting Perks Await! - 5 days work week - Weekends off - Work from home arrangement - 20 vacation days in total (5 extra vacation days) - Prepaid medicine - Fully-customized Emapta laptop and peripherals - Direct exposure to our clients - Career growth opportunities - Diverse and supportive work environment - Prime Office Locations - Bogotá and Medellin - Unlimited upskilling through Emapta Academy courses (Want to know more?
