Product, Program, and Project Management(Non-Technical) Visa Technical Solutions provides industry-leadingimplementation services and operational support to Visa around theworld. With our deep knowledge and expertise, we are a key internalpartner to Sales, Product and Technology teams bringing the voiceof the client into the design, development and successfuldeployment of Visa products and solutions. As a part of the ClientServices organization, this team provides support to financialinstitutions, fintech partners and their corporate clients whoutilize a suite of Visa products. Areas of focus include EditPackage, Visa Resolve Online, 3DS, and Visa Account Updater. Thisposition serves as Visa Project Manager for endpoint implementationservices provided to Clients. This is an individual contributorresponsible for managing low to mid complexity projects and takinga broad perspective to identify innovative solutions. This roleserves to gather and document project requirements while providingclient consultative guidance on Visa regulations, features, andfunctionality. Responsibilities: 1. Provide Project Managementplanning, execution, closing and support for low-mid complexityprojects, with assigned Visa clients and/or in an assigned marketto ensure client expectations are exceeded. Problems faced areexpected to be difficult and mildly complex. 2. Meet all milestonesand deliverables in a timely manner. Comply with Visa InternalArtifacts and ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded. 3. Coordinate directly with client to analyze card program setuprequirements to implement Visa endpoints, products, and services tosupport the business and formulate implementation solutions. 4. Report client project accomplishments and deliverables tomanagement on a weekly or monthly basis. 5. Confidently manageclient projects in parallel to product developments and a changinglandscape. 6. Manage non-routine, complex processing requests, aswell as short term tactical and strategic customer initiatives. 7. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement toimprove team efficiencies and project delivery to clients. 8. Buildand enhance positive working relationships with key Visa clientinstitutions, processors, and internal stakeholders. 9. Build acohesive global workgroup and involve those global workgroups incommunications and decision-making. 10. Prepare and maintaindetailed project artifacts, including project plans, statusreports, meeting minutes, issues logs in support of client projectsand/or initiatives. Apply Visa processes and approaches to be inline with client requirements. 11. Represent client system andoperational requirements to internal Visa organizations. Constantlycreate good functional collaboration with internal and externalstakeholders, by being able to speak confidently and having aprofessional demeanor. 12. Be accountable for delivering agreedobjectives. Be responsible for own workflow assignments and must beable to take the initiative to resolve problems and ensure deliveryon commitments. 13. Assume appropriate decision-making authoritiesto ensure flawless execution of project objectives. 14. Coordinatetechnical resources, planning and monitoring of certificationtesting, and to secure resources required to complete projects. Thedate and time of the go-live window may or may not be businesshours and it will depend on the client’s risk mitigation strategy.15. Escalate projects that are in jeopardy and work with yourdirect manager as appropriate to make decisions that bring neededresources to resolve any issues. 16. This position requiresoff-scheduled work including late evenings/weekends in support ofclient and company configuration changes and associatedpost-production validation. 17. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your HiringManager. Basic Qualification: - 2 or more years of work experiencewith a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA,JD, MD, or PhD). Preferred Qualification: - Requires a minimum of2+ years of Information Technology system knowledge with moderateunderstanding of project management, technology, and applications. - We are looking for an individual who brings breadth ofexperience, a curiosity about payments, is results-driven andclient-focused. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,Information Technology, or equivalent work experience in a businessanalyst role in software or financial services. - Experience usingstandard MS Office tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint,Word, Visio, etc.). - Excellent time management, organization,planning skills, and teamwork are essential. - Able to setpriorities, influence others, and manage customer expectations. -Excellent verbal, written, presentation and strong interpersonalskills are required. - Candidate is required to interact withinternal stakeholders in US/India/Singapore, hence the ability tospeak/write English fluently is a must. Portuguese is a plus. -Project management of retail banking, card schemes or newtechnologies that are applicable to the payment industry. - Comfortwith public speaking and the ability to relay information clearlyand confidently. - Good working knowledge of Visa’s paymentprocessing systems including message routing, authorization,clearing & settlement, and client connectivity is a plus.
