As a Content Marketing Strategist (B2B, Mid-level), you'll play a key role in developing and executing a content strategy focused on lead generation. You'll create high-impact content, collaborate with cross-functional teams, research and understand our target audience, propose and test new content formats, analyze performance, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' content efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a content strategy to drive lead generation; - Collaborate closely with paid media, SEO, outreach, design, and delivery teams to align messaging and distribution; - Research and deeply understand our target audience to create relevant content; - Propose and test new content formats; - Analyze content performance and optimize based on data; Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, content strategy, or related roles; - A track record of creating content that contributed to lead generation; - Understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how to align content with different stages of it; - Experience working in or writing for tech, software development, or AI domains; - Ability to turn complex or technical topics into clear, compelling content tailored to decision-makers; - Comfortable working independently and taking ownership; - Excellent written English and solid editing skills; Nice to Have: - Understanding of the US tech market and its decision-makers; - Experience with outreach content or LinkedIn/email campaign assets;
