As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know thatit will all lead to one thing that your department believes in: toprovide the best possible customer experience to your clients. Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for managing the day-to-daybusiness operations managing a team of up to 150 FTE; reporting tothe Vice President. 2. Responsible for managing TaskUs clientrelationships and being the POC on a day-to-day basis, providingthem with updates regarding performance, and you will beresponsible for presenting in business reviews (weekly, monthly,quarterly, and annually). 3. You will work closely with your teamleaders and teammates to ensure that they are equipped with theskills and knowledge necessary to succeed. 4. You are alsoresponsible for making sure that KPIs are being met consistentlyand solving business problems through innovation (example of KPI’s:CSAT, AHT, Resolution rate). 5. We need someone who has the provenability to scale operations, drive performance management, andfoster employee retention. What we’re looking for: 1. B2 EnglishLevel or Higher. 2. Two plus years of managing supervisors in thecall center environment; BPO experience is a plus. 3. One plus yearof client management experience. 4. (Nice to have) Bachelor degreein business administration or management. 5. Excellentcommunication and presentation skills. Job Expectations: Thisapplication will be used for positions that are located on-site atone of our offices in Medellin.
