Objective The main responsibility of the Inside Sales Associate (ISA), working from WES, is to support the in-territory Inside Sales teams. This includes developing sales activities such as populating/using information from sales platforms, collecting data from stakeholders, and contributing to proposals (bios, scope of work, financials, technical details, etc.). The ISA functions as a support role in proposal development. Responsibilities ISAs should be able to read and interpret information to support proposals. Required skills include: Hard skills: Advanced proficiency in Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Planner). Technical knowledge related to projects (renewable energy, oil and gas, hydrogen) is desirable. Previous experience in proposal development is a plus. Soft skills: Excellent communication (oral and written), proactive attitude, easy-going nature, and presentation skills. ISAs will compile information, retrieve data from systems, understand proposal objectives, and assist proposal teams in organizing technical and commercial information. Specific Activities Prepare simple presentations and letters. Update and format CVs for proposals. Set up digital workspaces for opportunity documentation and collaboration. Support preparations for customer visits and presentations, including logistics and vendor coordination. Ensure all sales documents adhere to brand standards (logo, color, etc.). Maintain and develop CRM (CSP) data relevant to Inside Sales. Update BD calendar and manage vacation schedules, meetings, and absences. Key Attributes Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks with strict deadlines, and maintain accuracy. Highly organized with attention to detail. Reliable team player. Effective time management skills, with flexibility to work overtime if needed. Ability to operate independently, prioritize tasks, and proactively communicate activities. Ability to manage workload issues. Enthusiastic, proactive, service-oriented, and spontaneous communication style. Ability to handle sensitive and proprietary information securely. Commitment to quality and company values. Requirements Professional experience of 1-2 years in roles such as Sales Engineer, Inside Sales, Sales Operations, or Sales Representative.
