JOB OVERVIEW Plan A Technologies is looking for a strategic Chief Information Officer (CIO) / Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology and innovation efforts. The ideal candidate will oversee the organization's technological direction, infrastructure, security, and digital transformation. This individual will play a pivotal role in identifying emerging technologies and leveraging them to create scalable, profitable solutions. This is an exciting job with room for significant career growth. Please note: you must have at least 5+ years of experience as a CIO, CTO, or similar leadership role in technology-driven organizations to be considered for this role. JOB RESPONSIBILITY Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company's mission of inventing and commercializing innovative solutions. Drive digital transformation and ensure the scalability and security of technological infrastructures. Identify and leverage emerging technologies to create disruptive business models. Oversee R&D initiatives that foster the invention of new products and services. Ensure robust IT infrastructure, encompassing cloud services, data management, and advanced networking. Implement best practices for cybersecurity and data protection. Partner with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to align technology with business goals. Engage with external stakeholders, investors, and industry partners to promote technological advancements. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology team. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability. EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a CIO, CTO, or similar leadership role in technology-driven organizations. Strong track record of driving digital transformation and innovation. Expertise in infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Great attention to detail. Solid written and verbal English skills. Ability to maintain a positive work attitude. Initiative and drive to do great things.
