Description A typical day might include: - Managing a book of business of up to 60 commercial accounts. - Becoming an Apptega product expert and translating product knowledge into strategic business recommendations. - Ensuring customers are up and running within 30 days of onboarding. - Meeting with customers quarterly to drive adoption and recognize business value. - Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews with key stakeholders. - Managing renewals proactively starting 120 days before their date. - Identifying upsell opportunities through strategic conversations. - Driving reviews, surveys, and case studies participation. - Monitoring platform usage and uncovering training opportunities. - Collaborating with Support and Product teams for technical issues and feedback. What You Have - Experience in the Cybersecurity industry (1-2 years in GRC or compliance-related products). - Experience with Hub Spot CRM and Pendo. - Experience managing renewals and expansion opportunities. - SaaS experience preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong time and project management skills. - Results-oriented with ownership mindset. - Ability to build rapport with various customer personas. - Proactive engagement to drive adoption and value.
