Candidates should have an understanding of Software Development, git repositories, CI/CD, AWS Cloud experience (e.g., Cloud Practitioner or Associate level certification), and Agile methodologies such as SCRUM and Kanban. Good English communication skills, ability to handle ambiguity and conflict resolution, high standards of reporting on a weekly/bi-weekly basis, and effective risk and issue management with timely escalations are essential. Responsabilidades: The Technical Project Manager (TPM) will lead an application decomposition workstream within a broader modernization program. The initial focus will be on managing foundational initiatives to facilitate the transition from monolith to microservice architecture using the 'Strangler Pattern'. These include service-to-service authentication, application templates, edge user authentication, shared libraries and platforms, and new feature flag capabilities. Once these foundations are operational, the TPM will oversee the decomposition of backend services into microservices following the established pattern and maturity levels.
