Training coordinator RESPONSIBILITIES: o Organizes all activities related to the preparation andimplementation of training courses for employees; o Directly and effectively manages a team of trainers; o Coordinates actions, budgets, etc. with all interestedparties; o Responsible for developing and upgrading training programs,preparing training materials, placing orders, communicating, andpreparing materials on time and in accordance with companyrequirements; o Actively participates in monitoring the process, interimassessments, feedback, and decisions regarding operators duringtheir training; o Responsible for supplying all necessary materials and consumablesfor the effective running of the training process; o Responsible for the timely and accurate planning and organizationof employee qualifications and product training; o Coordinates the schedules and deadlines of planned qualificationand product training with colleagues from the relevantdepartments; o Implements suggestions for optimization, rationalization, andimprovement of the training center and the training process as awhole; o Participates in the preparation and delivery of other types oftraining that may not be directly related to production; o Strictly adhere to and enforce safety rules; o Perform other tasks assigned by the company management afterprior mutual agreement; o Consistency in control, complete and accurate documentation ofthe activities performed in the relevant ERP system or other filestructure; o Actively participates in internal and external audits,representing the training, qualification, and requalificationprocess; o Works closely with the Human Resources department in relation tothe selection, training, qualification, and dual training programlaunched by the company; o Works with external training bodies like Universities Technicalschools to develop or improve training materials , process andmethodology; o Responsible for the performance and the efficiency of his team,department and training process reflected in the results of the KeyPerformance Indicators ( KPI's) already established or developed todrive continuous improvement . REQUIREMENTS: o A bachelor's degree /Engineering degree is an advantage/. o More than 3 years of relevant industry experience. o Very good command of French is a great advantage; o Very good command of English in terms of writing andspeaking; o Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); o Self-disciplined and able to carry out detailed work with minimumsupervision; o Excellent and proven communication skills and ability toestablish rapport and sound relationships within and outside thecompany; o Proven leadership skills; o Able to establish relationships based on trust, confidentiality,and integrity; o Proactive problem solver; o A dynamic performer; o Willing to learn; o Hands-on, diligent and fast and effective troubleshooting. o Strategic thinking; o Continues improvement.
