**Responsibilities**: - You will support the client lead, or in specific cases be the client lead, seeking the efficient and effective running of your assigned client accounts, ensuring client teams are delivering against expectations set out by the client lead. - Responsible for independently performing BAU tasks, such as pacing, reporting, etc on your assigned client accounts, including but not limited to data, technology auditing and contact report creation. - You will understand and be able to discuss Jellyfish product/solutions provided with the client team. You will understand how they effects and impact the wider business. - You will understand and adhere to client management best practices. - You will contribute towards the success of your hub, through maintaining high standards across everything you do **Requirements**: - Proven experience as an Digital Account Manager, or similar sales/customer service role - Understanding of Google Ads, Facebook, GMP, Analytics value and operation - Good communication, both verbal and written - Ability to articulate and converse with confidence, demonstrating good interpersonal skills and ability to connect to Jellyfish culture - Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and prioritise multiple demands - Good commercial awareness - A passion for digital and a desire to learn new skills - Strong organizational skill **Benefits**:
