As a Senior National Sales Executive, you’ll work to develop relationships with our customers and bring those brands to life worldwide. What You’ll Do for Us Manage and lead collaborative business planning aligned with strategic goals to develop and execute key partnership initiatives, category programs, and drive brand sales. Contact and visit customers to review and identify strategic directions, problem areas, and opportunities to promote product growth. Develop Account Business Plans including goals, key initiatives, major actions, support needed, and new product recommendations. Build relationships with key decision-makers both internally and externally. Collaborate with local bottling partners and distributor portfolios, building sales capabilities and facilitating stewardship discussions. Develop supply chain strategies and activate initiatives to drive efficiencies across Coca-Cola North America Product Supply and Foodservice distributors. Stay informed on competitive activities within responsible geographies and communicate relevant activity promptly. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure Coca-Cola North America delivers comprehensive resources for mutual benefit. Lead stewardship routines with distributors, measuring and communicating activities against mutual plans. Activate Coca-Cola North America's category innovations (Freestyle, Tea, Refresh Server, Juice & VEB brands) at national and local levels with Foodservice distributors. Champion change by removing barriers and resolving service issues to provide excellent distributor customer service. Qualification & Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. 5+ years of national sales experience within the beverage or CPG industries. Ability to lead, prioritize, collaborate, and execute complex projects. Knowledge of relationship management with suppliers, contractors, and bottlers. Understanding of supplier capabilities and performance management, especially foodservice distributor suppliers. Supply Chain operations and transportation expertise, including transportation planning and management of DPU, Intermodal, and OTR carriers. Ability to seek alternatives and recommend solutions that support all parties and lead to win-win outcomes.
