Your job, as Customer Fulfilment Analyst within our Customer Fulfilment team. JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for capturing customer orders accurately and efficiently into the ERP system to meet service level requirements for order cycle time deliveries and % of perfect orders. Monitor business interfaces to ensure accurate and efficient system alerts and issue resolution. Skilled in different order entry channels such as EDI, OCR tools, Web portal, CRM, with general knowledge of sales order management to identify and resolve integration issues. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Accurately and efficiently capture customer orders into the ERP system. Create orders manually in ERP as needed, following customer requirements and business rules for third-party sales. Review and validate OCR tool orders, update and resolve issues. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in order taking activities. Monitor inbound and outbound customer interfaces via IDOCs for correct integration. Investigate failed IDOCs, coordinate with relevant departments or resolve issues independently. Document changes in IDOCs and related communications. Request maintenance of master data fields linked to customer interfaces from IT. Execute integration activities within SLA to improve process efficiency. Report quality complaints for Sanofi portfolio products to the Quality Department within 1 business day. About you Experience : 2-3 years in order processing and customer service, preferably in Pharma. Skills : Good business acumen, problem-solving, SAP experience (preferably S4 Hana), OCR solutions, MS Office, stakeholder interaction, detail-oriented, quick learner, team player.
