As a Regional Sales Manager, you are sharp, talented, and passionate professional to develop an outstanding relationship with our customers and grow the company’s businesses for the Airtime Credit and Mobile Financial Services (ACS & MFS) by promoting Channel VAS products to new clients & territories in LATAM. What you will do - Establish productive and professional long-term relationships with stakeholders at all levels - Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including service, technical support, finance, marketing and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customer’s expectations - Optimize service performance from a financial point of view - Assess, clarify and validate customer needs, including roadmaps and tenders, on an on-going basis - Monitor the market and competitor activities - Regular reporting on sales activities, opportunities, threats, project progress etc. - Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives and financial targets - Drive solutions-orientated efforts that address the customer situation - Identifies, develops, and captures new business opportunities in the mobile telecommunications sector within the specified region. - Assists in the development and implementation of the strategic business development. - Participates in the development of short-term and long-term objectives. - Participates in the proposal process, including budget and pricing and proposal development, and client presentations. Accountabilities and Performance Measures - Achieve assigned service performance targets from SLA and financial perspectives - Achieve sales targets for new business (cross-selling opportunities) - On-time payment collection - Complete strategic account plans - Active member of integration project team and ensure on-time service launches - Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings - Arrange meetings between CXO level account personnel and the company’s management What you will bring - 5 Years of verifiable experience in Large Account Management/ Business Development - Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any related course - Bilingual (English and Spanish, Portuguese) - Proven track record in opening markets in LATAM and taking new products to market - Proven sales track record of Telecom and/or VAS services/solutions - Sound understanding of the culture, politics and (regulatory) policies in Columbia/ Mexico and a good insight into the telecom industry - Experience with financial statements and reconciliation processes Your key attributes - Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills - Modern, consultative sales techniques and results orientated - Self-motivated and ability to work independently - Ability to converse with stakeholders of all levels, from C-level to business operations - Extremely high level of communication skills to present, inform, and persuade high-level internal and external customers of the company thereby understanding the customer’s needs and requirements, business development plans, strategies and actions - Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible and culturally diverse environment - Effective influencing, persuasive and negotiation skills - Ability to coordinate and report into different Business Units - Highly analytical, converting trends into actions - Pro-active attitude - Multi-tasking and coordination - Willingness to travel occasionally under normal circumstances (after COVID time) Why you should apply - Gain exposure to a fast-paced, collaborative working environment - Be a part of a multicultural working environment - Meet a very unique and promising business and indus
