Position overview: We seek a contract-based AI-Driven Sales Enablement Specialist to support our Account Executives (AEs) by designing and deploying AI-powered sales systems that enhance outreach, automate research, and accelerate pipeline development. The role requires understanding large language models (LLMs), their integration, and hands-on work with tools like GPT-4, Claude, Zapier, Clay, and HubSpot to optimize sales workflows. Collaboration with AEs to identify inefficiencies and develop AI-enhanced solutions is essential. Responsibilities: Workflow Design & Automation: Develop lightweight, AI-assisted processes for prospecting, personalization, and follow-up using Clay, Zapier, and LLM APIs. Prompt Engineering: Create and test reusable prompt templates for outbound messaging, industry insights, call preparation, and objection handling. Model Selection & Integration: Recommend and implement LLMs like GPT-4, Claude, Gemini based on performance criteria for various sales applications. Sales Stack Support: Improve AI utilization of HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator through enrichment, tagging, and outreach templates. AE Collaboration: Work closely with AEs to convert their outreach patterns into AI-supported playbooks and experiments. Performance Feedback Loop: Monitor and iterate on AI tools and messaging effectiveness, tracking metrics such as open rates and reply quality. Requirements: 2-4 years experience in sales enablement, RevOps, or GTM support roles. Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and prompt engineering. Familiarity with Clay, Zapier, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Strong communication skills to translate sales needs into workflows. Analytical mindset for testing and optimizing AI outputs. Ability to work independently and iterate quickly in a startup environment. Note: This role is for candidates based in the USA or Latin America due to timezone and collaboration considerations.
