We are looking for a strategic and dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team and play a key role in aligning people and business strategies. You will act as a trusted advisor to site leadership, drive employee engagement, and help foster a high-performance, people-centered culture. 🛠️ Main Responsibilities: -Serve as a strategic partner to the Site Manager, offering guidance on HR-related decisions and keeping the business informed of labor law updates. -Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, job postings, and exit interviews. -Maintain accurate and confidential HR records according to internal policies. -Lead the design and implementation of innovative HR programs to boost business performance. -Analyze HR and business trends to anticipate organizational needs and build a talent pipeline. -Oversee payroll reporting and ensure accuracy in leave balances, sick leave, and working hours. -Contribute to succession planning, talent mapping, and skills development strategies. ✅ Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. -Minimum 5 years of experience in HR business partnering or strategic HR roles. -Strong knowledge of Colombian labor law and HR best practices. -B2 English level 💼 We Offer: Competitive monthly salary: COP $6,800,000 Stable full-time contract with legal benefits
