The ideal candidate will have strong sales and marketing knowledge, a deep understanding of client acquisition strategies, and exceptional communication skills in professional English. This position will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the U.S. market. Key Responsibilities: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the U.S. market, particularly in the BPO and outsourcing sectors. Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads through marketing campaigns, networking, and outreach efforts. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Conduct client presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiations. Collaborate with the operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities and risks. Maintain a detailed and up-to-date pipeline using CRM tools. Attend relevant trade shows, webinars, and industry events to promote company services. Provide input into marketing content and sales collateral that supports business development efforts. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BPO or outsourcing operations , preferably focused on the U.S. market . Strong knowledge of BPO industry services, sales cycles, and client relationship management. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. High-level proficiency in English (C1 or above) – both written and spoken. Solid understanding of sales, marketing, and lead generation strategies . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team. Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar. Ability to work U.S. business hours, if required.
