Role Description: The role includes: - Working on the full funnel of sales from cold calling, to demos, closing and customer contact. - Ideally, you have some experience in terms of finding the most relevant leads. If not, we can help you to make sure that you speak to qualified leads. - We have a strong demand on the recruiting side so if you are curious to learn about recruiting as well, we can onboard you there as well. We focus on software engineers and GTM talent in the US. You will be part of our early-stage team, work directly with the founders, and see how we build out our AI start-up. We are looking for someone who can work with us in-office in El Poblado initially. Later, you will work remotely. Ideal Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. - Experience in sales, including cold calling and ideally including demos as well. - Experience in fast-paced environments. - Openness for a start-up with its scrappy processes.
