**Position**: Graphic Designer **Schedule**: Monday to friday de 8:00 am - 6:00 pm **City**: Medellín (On-site) **Remuneration**: To be agreed. **Responsibilities**: - Study design briefs and determine requirements. - Schedule projects and define budget constraints. - Conceptualize visuals based on requirements. - Prepare rough drafts and present ideas. - Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand. - Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic. - Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design. - Test graphics across various media - Amend designs after feedback. - Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand Requirements and skills. **Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills**: - Proven graphic designing experience. - A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics - Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop) - A keen eye for aesthetics and details - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines. - Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus. - Someone with at least 3 years of experience - Somebody that can get feedback and ideas from clients and coworkers - Someone able to give ideas - A combo between design and marketing (70 % design and 30% marketing (skill tied in social media) - Paid social would be a nice to have - They need somebody who can organize social media - Someone who knows about Facebook advertising - Google ads and retargeting - On the design piece: work on their landing page, not only design the digital ads but algo plant that in the web page - Somo sort of CMS is preferred - Someone who knows about wordpress - Someone with experience in digital deeisgn - Someone with familiarity working with US companies Tipo de puesto: Indefinido Salario: $4.000.000 al mes Experiência: - Wordpress: 2 años (Obligatorio) - Digital design: 2 años (Obligatorio) - InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop: 2 años (Deseable) Idioma: - Ingles (Obligatorio)
