Account Management Role This role involves supporting the delivery of marketing services contracts covering Print, POS, and Promotional Merchandise categories. Key Accountabilities 1. Supporting the delivery of marketing services contracts. 2. Managing client relationships and providing excellent customer service. 3. Providing data for presentations, including MI reporting and QBRs. 4. Maintaining and managing supplier databases. 5. Processing orders and ensuring timely invoicing. 6. Producing accurate customer quotations and quality samples and artwork for proposals. 7. Communicating order status to departments. 8. Developing and maintaining accurate customer files. 9.
