The Impact of a Technical Account Manager, Suppliers at Coupa: The Technical Account Manager, Suppliers owns the operational processes for integrating assigned suppliers with Coupa customers. This includes initiation/scoping of the integration through configuration, solutioning, testing, go live activities and ongoing support. In addition to the technical scope of the role, the Technical Account Manager, Suppliers is responsible for Supplier account management and the associated duties. This includes being the first point of contact, pipeline management, business review management, issue/escalation management, facilitating long-term growth, and ownership of the Supplier account.
