**Position**:HRIS Support Analyst **City**:Medellín (On site) **Schedule**:Monday to friday from 10am to 7pm **Remuneration**: $4'000.000 - 4'500.000 **Job description**: **Responsabilities**: - Coordinate and perform activities and support data transmissions related to integration of data and systems such as direct 180 and 360 feeds between iSolved API software and benefit carriers and administrators. - Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and customization of the HR information system, ensuring data integrity, security, and accuracy. - Troubleshoot technical or configuration issues for the clientsto ensure APIs, integrations, and data transmissions are successfully enabled and functioning as desired. - Execute test plans and scenariosincluding data extraction/transformation, and networks. Support data architecture solutions to meet technical and business requirements. - Maintain isolved Integration knowledge in data integration techniques, tools, and services to meet business needs. - Provide technical support in development and execution of data extraction, transformation, and load activities. - Meet with internal team membersto define the current needs of Greenlink, and how best to service them. - Tracking and implementing technological advancements in the field of HRIS. - Synthesizing and documenting requirements for process improvement, enhancements, new software, and strategic initiatives. - Manage data integration best practices. - Generate regular reports and ad-hoc analytics on HR metrics, such as headcount, turnover, and performance evaluations, to support decision-making and strategic planning. - Collaborate with HR team members and IT professionals to identify system enhancement opportunities, streamline processes, and improve system functionality to meet evolving HR needs. - Provide technical support and guidance to HR staff and system users, including troubleshooting issues, conducting system training, and creating user documentation. - Ensure HRIS compliance with data protection regulations and maintain system security by managing user access, permissions, and data backups. - Continuously assess HRIS processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy. - Liaise with HRIS vendors to address technical issues, coordinate system upgrades, and monitor service level agreements. Other job duties as assigned. **Education/Experience/Skills**: - English B2 or superior. - Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources Management or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HRIS Administrator or similar role. - Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices, including data privacy and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). - Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and present insights in a clear and concise manner. - Ability to research and analyze various types of data. - Experience developing and implementing business processes. - Professional in Human Resources Certification is a plus. **Salary**: $4,000,000 - $4,500,000 per month Application Question(s): - From 1 to 10, what is your english level? - How many years of experience do you have as an HRIS Administrator or a similar role? **Language**: - inglés (required)
