Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of LoKation Sphere software, ensuring performance, scalability, and security. Optimize existing code, fix bugs, and improve performance across the full stack. Develop and maintain testing strategies. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Collaborate with leadership to align product strategy with business goals. Create and maintain technical documentation. Evaluate and propose new technologies to enhance development and product capabilities. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in Full Stack web development with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, CSS, React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and Agile methodologies (JIRA preferred). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical audiences. Proficiency with Google Workspace and software development lifecycle tools. Upper-Intermediate English level. Preferred Skills Experience with Node.js. React Native experience. Familiarity with WordPress development.
