As a PIP and Project Manager reporting to the Senior Project Manager in Colombia, you will work on projects across Hilton's brand portfolio, including writing high-quality Property Improvement Plans (PIPs) and managing hotel construction processes. Key Responsibilities Conduct property inspections for potential Hilton rebranding or conversion, and prepare detailed Property Improvement Plan reports. Manage construction processes from inception to completion for various project types, ensuring milestones are met. Guide owners and development partners through Hilton brand standards and connect them with Hilton's CALA network. Perform site inspections to verify progress and compliance with Hilton standards. Collaboration Partner with owners, AD&C leaders, and Hilton team members to align on design, standards, and objectives. Represent design priorities in meetings and provide project-specific design solutions. Work with project teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure standards compliance, review drawings and specifications, and optimize materials and finishes. Ownership of Projects Manage multiple brands, ensuring adherence to standards and strategic objectives. Provide regular progress reports on contractual and physical project status. Qualifications Minimum of 4 years in Hospitality Architecture, Design, Engineering, or Construction. Experience in multicultural or international settings. Knowledge of local building codes, NFPA Fire Life Safety codes. Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project. Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus. Willingness to travel 50% or more. Preferred Skills Successful project delivery experience. Experience with international hotel groups. Managerial or supervisory experience.
