Mission and Responsibilities As a Management Assistant Trainee, you will be responsible for various duties in the hotel. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously - Apply and uphold individual hotel and chain policies and practices - Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports - Maintain control over services and documentation procedures - Collaborate in setting quality assurance compliance objectives and ensure targets are met - Ensure procedures and quality standards are understood, carried out, evaluated, and modified if necessary. Perform monthly audits of standards in every department. - Consider the application of environmental and health and safety standards - Provide efficient support to your superior(s) - Perform related duties and special projects as assigned - Human Resources/Team Motivation - Quality - Projects Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Tourism (or near graduation) - Proficiency in English communication and presentation skills - Excellence in computer literacy Why Choose Us?
