Proficient in industry-standard image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and other relevant tools. Strong knowledge of retouching techniques, color correction, masking, and image manipulation. Demonstrate creativity by using original ideas and innovative problem-solving to handle challenging editing tasks. Ability to enhance and improve photos creatively is essential. Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines, prioritizing tasks appropriately. Communicate effectively with clients, photographers, and team members to understand project needs, incorporate feedback, and ensure client satisfaction. Oversee the execution of enhanced print and digital assets, including social media graphics, website designs, marketing materials, multimedia presentations, and retouched photos. Manage the adaptation, resizing, and retouching of assets for various media platforms and formats. Provide strategic design direction, incorporate feedback, and ensure all outputs meet project requirements and brand guidelines. Supervise production tasks such as image clean-up, digital retouching, file preparation, and asset delivery, maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail. Mentor and guide junior and senior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment focused on digital retouching expertise. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and techniques in digital retouching to enhance creative outcomes and team skills. Management Responsibilities: Ensure the team is up-to-date with current technologies and methodologies. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing schedules and priorities efficiently. Qualifications Mandatory Qualifications: Advanced English Level B2 5-7 years of professional experience Exceptional skills in visual design and digital retouching, with a strong sense of typography, color, and composition Ability to organize and conduct tailored training sessions Proficiency in Adobe InDesign CC, Adobe Animate CC, Adobe Photoshop CC, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere CC, and Adobe After Effects CC Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with leadership and mentorship capabilities Ability to work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities Proven success in team collaboration and fostering a positive work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
