Your Role You will be part of BCG Platinion, collaborating with colleagues from BCG Strategy Consulting, Digital Ventures, and Gamma on UK and international client projects. You will assess and coach our clients' IT teams, define IT strategies and architecture solutions, establish and manage delivery teams, and roll up your sleeves to build proof of concepts and MVPs. This involves applying your technical know-how, understanding of business contexts, and analytical and conceptual skills to: - Manage work packages/modules in critical IT implementation projects - Develop technical architectures, perform code reviews, and create technical proofs of concept - Analyze complex IT application landscapes, optimize development processes, and design solution architectures - Define functional and technical online and internet strategies - Lead IT project management and quality assurance Your Qualifications We are looking for individuals with: - Between 6-10 years of experience in software development, technical project management, digital delivery, or technology consulting - A full understanding of interdependencies between their own work stream and the overall project context, allowing them to scope and design a work stream autonomously and take responsibility for it - The ability to run a workshop at peer level, effectively facilitating client meetings, preparing CTMs, co-leading content topics, coaching other project members, and generating trust with clients - A university degree with above-average academic performance in a STEM-related field - Extensive technical expertise in digital solutions, including architecture, object-oriented programming languages, database design, systems, component technologies, XML standards, and current technology trends - Experience with No-SQL and SQL DBs, as well as exposure to big data environments (e.g., Hadoop, Redshift) - Technical experience with Cloud services and Infrastructure We are an Equal Opportunity Employer We are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
