More than 30,000 organizations already rely on us to verify the identities of people and things, grant access to digital services, analyze vast quantities of information and encrypt data to make the connected world more secure.**Main activities**: - Act as main interface for customer service on sales order management. - Book sales orders in Oracle in line with Customer´s needs in an accurate and timely manner. - Ensure transfer price check/calculation/correction any time needed. - Launch the orders in production in agreement with Customer Service complying with the customers’ requirements. - Follow up the sales orders until the shipment and invoicing in a proactive mode. - Responsible for ERP update in case of any change linked to the order to insure backlog report accuracy. - In charge of orders invoicing. - Manage Return Material Acceptance (RMA) process. - In charge of credit notes issuance based on Customer Service request. - Update and issue customers reports. - Support internal organizations for specific reports requirements. - In charge of any other administrative tasks depending on local specificities. - To give visibility of volumes to come to Sales Op team. **Requirements**: - Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration or similar - International sales administration and logistics (Letter of Credit, Payment Terms, Customs Rules ). - System Tools : IT Literate (Microsoft Pack Office,). - ERP knowledge (Oracle). - Customer and business oriented. - Organized, rigorous and autonomous. - Self-initiatives. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Tenacious with problem solving.
