Requirements The Social Media Moderator is responsible for maintaining dynamism and proactivity across our social media platforms. This role involves managing interactions with our online community, responding to comments, moderating live sessions, answering direct messages, and ensuring effective communication with our followers. The candidate should also have knowledge of social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of interactions and suggest continuous improvements. Experience: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media moderation or related roles. Required Skills: - Bilingual (English-Spanish) - Excellent spelling and writing skills. - Speed and accuracy in user responses. - Crisis management skills on social media. - Strong communication and empathy. - Knowledge of basic social media metrics and performance analysis. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple conversations at once.
