Job Description Who We Are As an exam prep company, we help students achieve their dreams of gaining admission to top universities and secondary schools by getting the highest scores they are capable of on entrance exams. We do this by having our genius-level tutors provide our students with tips and strategies for excelling on entrance exams. Job Summary The Virtual Administrative Assistant will be required to perform an array of administrative duties. Work will be assigned on an as-needed basis. The number of hours will vary substantially. Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required. You will provide administrative support to the office manager, operations manager, president and others. You will schedule and re-schedule tutoring sessions as needed. You will be expected to maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions and must maintain a professional image and demeanor with all employees, management and executives. You will handle communication between parents, students and tutors. Other duties, relevant to the position shall be assigned as required. Work Conditions Interacts with clients via phone calls and online meetings Ability to conduct and attend presentations. Sitting for long periods. Repetitive work. Requirements Who You Are You are comfortable carrying on a conversation in English. Your written English is flawless! We teach excellence in written English, so you must express yourself clearly in verbally and in writing. You are comfortable working in a virtual environment You are self-motivated and take pride in your work. Requirements Secondary School Diploma Business Administrative degree or diploma 3 -5 years experience as an Administrative Assistant or equivalent position Ability to type 50 words per minute Proficient use of MS Office including Word and Excel or Google Docs and Sheets Experience with CRM, Task Management software and WordPress is an asset Candidates must have Reliable high-speed Internet access. A quiet work environment without interruptions. Ability to work during office hours from 9 am to 6 pm Colombia time. A flexible work schedule. Hours will not be regular.
