We prioritize your experience as part of our team. About the Role : We are on a mission to revolutionize oral health and seek a Shopify CRO Manager who is both a strategist and an operator. This role involves not just generating insights but executing at the highest level. You will: Own our Shopify storefront Drive revenue through meticulous optimization Ensure every part of the purchase funnel is optimized for performance This is a high-impact, high-accountability role requiring quick thinking, critical analysis, and full ownership of your responsibilities—implementing real-time optimizations and maintaining peak eCommerce performance. What You’ll Need to Be Great Here Deep, hands-on Shopify expertise, including launching complex flows, debugging backend issues, building product variants, and driving revenue through UX decisions. CRO execution experience, including running A/B tests, analyzing heatmaps and funnel reports, and improving CVR with data-backed decisions. Understanding of ad-to-site performance flow, landing pages, and their impact on ROAS and shopper behavior. Experience with heatmaps and session recordings using tools like Hotjar or Clarity, analyzing scroll depth, click maps, and rage clicks to identify bottlenecks. Process-driven and self-managing, capable of creating SOPs, leading cross-functional teams, and managing projects with minimal oversight. Ability to ship quickly, pushing fixes within tight timeframes (e.g., resolving CVR drops by Monday). Key Responsibilities Revenue Optimization (Shopify + Amazon) Own and optimize the full eCommerce funnel—prioritizing Shopify, then Amazon. Increase RPS via CRO testing, funnel audits, UX improvements, and performance alignment. Develop upsell and bundling strategies across platforms (cart, post-purchase, A+ content). Collaborate with paid media teams to align landing pages and offers with ad creative and intent. Audit and optimize PDPs, product variants, and offer presentation to boost CVR. Analyze heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel paths to identify and fix issues. Apply learnings from Shopify CRO to Amazon PDPs and Meta Shop to ensure funnel consistency. Admin, Process & Execution Maintain smooth Shopify operations: pricing updates, site edits, launches, testing timelines. Document testing, launches, and insights comprehensively. Manage third-party tools like Replo, Shopify apps, post-purchase upsells, and analytics plugins. Perform rigorous QA on new features or experiments before rollout. Ensure brand consistency across all digital storefronts, including pricing, offers, and messaging. Collaborate with developers, designers, and paid media teams to implement site changes. Lead project timelines and communication, owning execution. Coordinate product launches and promotions across platforms and teams. Generate reports and insights on funnel performance, CRO results, and AOV/CVR changes.
