The **Senior HR Analytics, Compliance, and Technology Lead** is pivotal in advancing our HR analytics, compliance, and systems strategy. There are three key pillars of the role: 1. HR Analytics: leveraging HR technology to drive actionable insights through comprehensive reporting and metrics, 2. HR Compliance: ensuring adherence to internal team and enterprise-level policies and regulatory requirements and 3. HR Technology: owning the integrity, usability, and functionality of key HR systems. **Responsibilities**: HR Data Analytics, Data Integrity, and Reporting: - Develop, maintain, and optimize HR reports and dashboards to provide insights into workforce trends - Leverage HR data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for process improvements or risk mitigation - Partner with HR and business leaders to define and track key performance indicators that support strategic objectives - Create working prototype dashboards using PowerBI and then partner with IT teams to facilitate scalability and enterprise-wide implementation HR Compliance & Auditing: - Partner with Legal, Compliance, and/or external sources to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including those specific to government contracting in the US - Partner with in house and external sources to continue to build out the compliance framework for global locations - Ensure ongoing audit readiness and lead efforts for internal or external HR audits related to programs, policies, and systems - Implement and oversee data governance to maintain the accuracy, integrity and privacy of data in all HR systems, in accordance with local employment laws and company policy - Partner in the development of HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the entire HR function and lead the effort for updates as needed - Directly or indirectly lead a team to maintain HR audit and reporting programs after successful implementation HR System Maintenance: - Collaborate with COEs to ensure systems and data structures support both strategic goals and day-to-day operations across the HR function and the organization - Act as primary system administrator for access and maintenance - Support implementation and updates of HR technology, including the development of associated companywide communications **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - 7 years of progressive experience in HR operations, specifically with HRIS, people analytics, HR compliance, and data governance - Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Experience with data visualization software, e.g., PowerBI, is strongly preferred. - Strong proficiency with standard HR systems including HRIS (BambooHR or similar), Payroll, Learning Management, and Performance Management systems - Strong understanding of labor laws and the desire/ability to stay updated on new and evolving legislation. - Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills to streamline workflows, establish new processes, and implement innovative solutions. - Proven track record in designing and implementing HR technology solutions within a global organization. - High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in managing sensitive HR information. - Self-motivated with strong project management skills, capable of collaborating with stakeholders, without direct reporting relationships, to complete projects and tasks.
