**Job Summary:** Audit professionals with experience in the Insurance Services Industry are sought to work as Senior Auditors. The role will involve auditing various aspects of insurance companies, including their financial statements and risk management practices. As a Senior Auditor, you will have the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the business and its risks, while working collaboratively with members of the audit team across all aspects of an audit - from planning and scoping, to assessing key risks and developing reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be required to possess a good understanding of audit methodology, internal control frameworks, and insurance company processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Audit planning, scoping, and execution - Risk assessment and mitigation strategies - Developing high-quality audit approaches and leveraging Data Analytics and GenAI - Collaborating with stakeholders to provide insightful reporting and recommendations **Requirements:** - 8+ years of relevant experience in public accounting and/or related fields - Minimum 4 years of experience within Internal and External Audit in the Insurance Services Industry - Good understanding of audit methodology, Internal Audit Standards, and internal control frameworks - Experience with new world skills (DA, ITGC, and GenAI) - Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively **Benefits:** - Fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Opportunities for professional growth and development - Collaborative team environment
